Welcome to The Parliament YEG. This spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo in the heart of Edmonton has everything you need just steps away - food, drinks, shops and activities. The building is also located across the street from the LRT, Edmonton street car, and has indoor secure underground parking.

This 900sqft downtown condo has high ceilings, a large living space, and is anything but cramped. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that do not share a common wall.

All expected amenities are provided, including washer/dryer, full kitchen with cookware and basic condiment/spices, wifi, and central A/C. The 55” smart TV has free amazon prime, amazon live TV. Additionally, the TV is also preloaded with most streaming apps so you can quickly and easily log in to your own favourite streaming service if desired.

The living space features power recliner leather couches, a dedicated work desk with built in power bar, and Bluetooth sound system.
