The lower ground level floor bedroom a flex room that can be used as an office, reading room or extra sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed. The open-concept living area is ideal for relaxing with a coffee bar, comfortable and bright living room, dining area, office nook and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
