One of the flats we had didnt have a working tv and keylock on balcony came out the door (3nice) 82 prague was lovely a little dirty in bathroom (shower screen and bath had mould by tiles) and balcony was really dirty. Other than that the whole stay was lovely and have no other moans "

"We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition.
