"The staff is exceptional! All of the doormen were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Lucas, our favorite. All of the housekeeping staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. The food at Hoyt's was excellent. The Hoyt's bar is a great place to mingle and decompress. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Plenty of plugs for charging devices. The location is perfect, with a vast array of bus stops, across-the-street access to the Riverwalk, and easy walking distance to Millenium Park and the Chicago Art Institute. All-in-all, a wonderful stay. We really appreciated all of the humans taking care of us during our stay."
