"Friendly and helpful staff"

"A nice centrally located hotel. The app was a little cumbersome to use and get into the hotel with. I am all for a self check in and check out but made it tough if you had any issue to not have anyone onsite. If there were issues you had to walk across the street to the sister hotel. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. We had an issue with our clicker and were offered to move rooms since it couldn't be fixed. We declined since we only had another night but very nice to have them accommodate us if there was an issue. The staff we did interact with was so nice and friendly and super helpful. Nice spot and they held our bags after checkout. "
