Guests enjoy easy access to miles of conservation land, walking trails, fishing, kayaking, clamming, and some of the Vineyard’s most beautiful beaches.

The home’s reverse-design layout places the main living spaces on the second floor to fully capture the spectacular water views. Upstairs you’ll find a bright open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings, large picture windows, beautiful oak floors, multiple seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a sunny solarium/TV room. Sliding glass doors open to the large private wraparound deck — the perfect place for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or watching the sunset over the water.
