"Overall, for the price and type of hotel, this was a decent stay. The location was very convenient — just off the highway and close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and the microwave and fridge worked well. We also appreciated the main floor room with easy access to a grassy area for our dog, plus a green bin for waste bags. Continental breakfast was about what we expected.
Unfortunately, there were a few negatives. Our vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot during our stay. Thankfully it wasn’t broken into, but it was still upsetting.
Our room was also never serviced during our 3-night stay, although when I did find a housekeeper she was friendly and quickly provided towels upon request.
The biggest issue was the front desk staff. Our key cards repeatedly stopped working and every interaction about it came with attitude from multiple staff members, as though it was somehow our fault. We travel often and have never experienced ongoing key card issues like this before.
Overall, the hotel met our basic needs with decent sleep, good showers, fair pricing, and a convenient location, but customer service definitely needs improvement."
