"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"Booked to attend Peter Kay at Co-op Live as located close with parking. Property owner cancelled within 1 1/2 hours of performance as double booked. Left to find parking at short notice and alternative accomodation with no help. Atrocious behaviour by property owner would definitely not recommend"

"The building and apartment are very clean and quite nice. Very modern and it is in walkable distance to any restaurant, pub, supermarket and shopping. The key pickup was less than convenient and at a random Booze4U store. It would be much easier to pickup from the concierge at the building. The parking garage is a bit of a pain to get into just on the fact that it’s hard to reach the fob area. It is quite loud if you are close to the street. I do appreciate the invite to join festive events...

Also, the parking location wasn't that clear, but we did manage to park outside the property. "Within a few minute walk of Piccadilly station. Reception staff were all very friendly and check in was quick and easy. All areas of the hotel are immaculate. An impressive building and an amazing room. One of the comfiest beds we have slept in. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!"
