"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"Amazing apartments … modern., clean, central location. Great facilities.. parking was fine .. I would recommend parking in the medium stay car by the car park which is free after 4pm and then at 8.30 am you can pay 5.90 for whole day and then free again after 4 and on Sundays. I will definitely be going back! "

"Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!"

"Had a lovely three night stay in this apartment for the reading festival. Easy 25 minute walk to the festival site and five mins into reading centre where we had brunch. It’s spotlessly clean, everything you need is provided including a small bottle of milk, teabags, and other bits and bobs. This was greatly appreciated thank you. It’s quite hot in the apartment but there’s plenty of fans dotted around. Really clear check in instructions and excellent communication. Thanks again. We will...

"Great location and nice apartment. Kitchen has everything you need other than a dishwasher. The underfloor heating was broken on my first night but this has been fixed by the next day. Excellent."

"A cosy place to stay right bang in the centre with the cathedral a stone's throw away. Comfortable and easy to cook your own dinners or pop back for a cup of tea if it rains."
