"I’m giving this high rating because I had a payment issue during after-hours, and even though the manager wasn’t physically on-site, the front desk contacted them immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. It showed how committed the manager is to supporting guests and providing excellent service, even outside of normal hours. Also, I want to mention that Expedia’s customer service was amazing as well. They supported me very well during the process and were extremely helpful. If you ever book the wrong place or face a problem, Expedia’s team is there to help. I’m really happy booking my stays through Expedia!"

Nearly to city centre that you can go by walk..the man of reception is very friendly and help us a lot with some indication principal about to rent a scooter like make our stayed so easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff lady so polite and kind. The housekeeping was polite,gentleman ,kind and left our room so clean and organised.
