"Ample on-site parking, Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great on-site bar and restaurant, with a good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. Room serviced every day, great Wi-Fi. Great location, close to the M25, Thurrock Retail Park, Lakeside Shopping Centre and Chafford Hundred train station. My hotel of choice when visiting this area. Highly recommended."

"It was a in a great location, really central. Parking was great too and they let us stay there after we checked out while we went into town. The staff and the breakfast were lovely. The building is old and tired but you can see they’ve tried really hard to make the rooms nice"

"Car parking was very good, but it was not a secured parking. The room is super clean. But 1. There was no shower gel, and I did not bring mine. 2. My room was on the loft, so my head was banging on the A-shaped roof. 3. Air-conditioned was very good. 4. Bathroom is clean but the shower cubicle is a bad engineeing job. 5. The shower head is fixed to the wall, I wish you can pull it and direct it to where you want. Overall, It is a very good place to stay, I will go back there. "
