"We were traveling a long distance to get to the hotel on a holiday weekend. The hotel called us to see if we were still coming rather than give our room away. So thankful. "

"The building was built to look like a colonial home turned into an inn, and it definitely does. High ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and antique-style furniture really gave it the look and feel of an older home. The keurig in the room with Starbucks k-cups is a nice touch. There were a few small things that could’ve been nicer, like a water spot on the ceiling, chairs that were so worn out it felt like you might fall through, and spots on the walls that had been patched but not repainted....

"The only thing i didnt like was the beds were not comfortable. They were extra firm and the pillows where too thin. Other wise the property was beautiful and room was so cute "

"This spot is located on the bay side of the island, but it's only a 15 minute walk to the beach via public access routes. We had no problem walking the dog and carrying our stuff. Also, the space is pet friendly. There's a small fenced-in yard to let the dog run around. There's also a dock and kayaks on site if you want to paddle around. To be fair, this is not a luxury apartment, but you're also not paying luxury apartment prices. If it's just the two of you and maybe a dog, and all you want...
