"It took 15 minutes to check in because the guy checking me into our room decided to pull out his cell phone and respond to a text in the middle of the process. The printer took forever to print the receipt so I had to wait for that, took another 2 min just for them to activate the room keys. The left elevator was not able to go to the 5th floor so only one elevator to our room for the length of the stay. The glass at the entrance was broken. At least our room seemed to be clean but the air...

"Very clean room, in a quiet area. Bed was pretty comfortable. Took a while for hot water to come out for the shower. I was on the third floor, so maybe that had something to do with it."

"When i first arrived i was a little nervous, once i spoke with the Staff that work there she made me feel comfortable i must say for this to be a motel it was very family Oriented my room was very clean No bugs my kids loved the swimming pool would definitely come back again, i would Recommend Mentor Inn Suites its a family setting Establishment. Great Job!!"

"Sometimes you may think, "I want to stay in an old, historical hotel, but I hate the idea of some old, musty room with old, questionable plumbing." Well this place is the best of both worlds. It's been remodeled, so it's got all the clean, new, fresh experience of a full 4 star hotel yet maintains the decor and history of the past few centuries. The free breakfast, the friendly and accommodating staff, and just the whole atmosphere are all top tier. I am definitely staying here again on my next...
