This charming Cape home enjoys a bayside location in Eastham, on a quiet cut de sac. This three bedroom (2 queen and one full) 2 bath single family residence is beautifully landscaped. Newly renovated master bathroom, with large walk in shower boasts two shower heads so shower with a buddy. There are 20 foot cathedral ceilings in the light filled living room with a fireplace, open floor plan, a large 50" flat screen TV & DVD player, WiFi and ceiling fans, Central air condition.The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with ample counter space and equipment to prepare fabulous summer meals. The dining room accommodates 8 with a charming bay window and window seat on one side and sliders which open to the deck on the other. Down a hallway off the kitchen you will find a full bathroom, queen bedroom and separate den which has a full size sleep sofa, flat screen TV and VCR. A full size washer and dryer is located in the basement. A Weber gas grill is on rear deck, with a new outdoor shower, and a sumptuous garden view. 10 minutes from Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches in Eastham and one street away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this year-round home is well-loved and well-kept. Very comfortable home in a great location
Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent base for all of Cape Cod and the islands. The property itself is set in lovely gardens, is very comfortable and is equipped with everything that you need for a great holiday.

Great Cape Cod House
We have been coming to the Cape for many years. Judys house was perfect. It was described accurately and very clean. The house location is convenient to reach all the parts of the Cape that interest us! Being a quick 10 minute ride to the National Seashore is a plus. Judy was a great host and we will definitely stay here the next time we come to the Cape!

Wonderfull vacation
Extremely well kept property. Clean bathrooms and rooms. Very efficient split AC in every room.The kitchen has all required gadgets, just bring your own supplies. We enjoyed a lovely garden with a patio, grill, and , a fire pit. Overall, highly recommended.

Perfect Stay

Favorite spot on Cape Cod!
This was our second stay at Judy’s house in Eastham, we booked for longer this time, and we look forward to coming back again. The house was spacious for the four of us, it was clean, comfortable, and the A/C was great during the heat wave. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to make full meals in. We made good use of the garage to store our bikes and beach gear. We enjoyed many meals on the back porch, with the beautiful gardens and abundant birds. The house is on a quiet side street, convenient to ocean and bay beaches and Nickerson State Park. Judy was great to work with.

Gardens Galore
Booked this home for Hydrangea Week and it didn’t disappoint. The gardens are beautiful. Judith has cultivated a tiny oasis with plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy her blooms. The home is lovely, well equipped and just perfect for our first family vacation in six years! Its proximity to our favorite Cape towns and beaches was perfect. And Judith is a wonderful host, easy to reach and helpful with tips about the area. We look forward to a repeat visit soon!
