"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"we had a room with full garbage bins upon arrival, a bat in the room, twice not really warm dinner, a lousy breakfast, jaccuzzi with bandaids swimming in it, uncomfortable beds, broken backsplash in kitchen, no housekeeping apart from fresh towels.... NOT what we were hoping for. "

We have a few remarks: we think it's better to raise the price slightly than to charge extra for the entrance to the wellness. Wellness a bit too dark - I understand the mood issues, but too dark - it was difficult to...
