"Front desk at check-in started our stay with a wonderful start - welcoming and charming! Our room had an incredible view! It was quiet, great air conditioning, and a comfortable room. The location is great to access the center for endless dining, snd wonderful exploring. Gym was decent too. Breakfast was simple but has all the hot/cold options you’d want/need. "The hotel is situated in the quiet suburbs of Zakopane - about half an hour walk to the centre. It has a swimming pool that works from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. The room was big, comfortable, cozy and quiet. We had a nice balcony, too. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. "This is our third visit and a favorite of our kids when we are in zakopane. We take full advantage of the attached water park each time. One thing that was different this visit is that our room reservation did not include breakfast. This caused confusion and and uncomfortable atmosphere when we did arrive at the restaurant for breakfast as we were questioned several times if we were aware that we had to pay additionally (we were, we were explained this at check in, and requested to have breakfast added for all in our party for both nights of stay). Still, we were stopped and questioned each morning at the restaurant. This should be handled better. Would definitely recommend double/triple checking your reservation to ensure this is included or calling the restaurant ahead to avoid confusion and embarrassment. "
