"Staff at the hotel were very welcoming, warm and friendly. The meals were great especially the supposed “light” dinner which turned out to be quite a selection! Rooms were clean. "

"They stay was great like last time, maybe the room service between day 1 and 2 could be better. Rest of the stay the conditions were good. Dinner was kind of expensive for a limited buffet. Parking was a disaster. They lack control of which car is parked where. We had cars parked on handicapped spots, on charging without charging, took 2 spots with 1 car and other places that they shouldn't. 9 out of 10 car that didn't follow the customs were Danish or Swedish. Resolve the indoor/garage parking...

"Generally, excellent. Spacious accommodation, great service, unbeatable location, but whilst prices are expected to be higher due to the level of comfort/service, bar prices are excessive and bar food quality is not as good as on previous visits."

"Beautiful hotel with fabulous breakfast. The walk up to the hotel was a steep hill but the views were worth it. We used public transport to get into the city and to the airport without any problems."

"The hotel was great and loved the location near the ski jumps and soccer fields. It very much captured the Olympic vibe. Close to walking trails and to walk to town. The included breakfast was very good. It had a very nice lounge so you could relax outside your room. The shower, as in most of Norway, was small and leaked a bit. "

"Staff was excellent and helpful with all our questions, easy access to the ski center, excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside is when pub is open it is noisy until 3 am and elevator was not working at 5 am so we had to get the luggage downstairs. Even with those item the cost was so low it was well worth the stay."

"The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. With a better kitchen, the place can be recommended. "
