"Loved our stay at this property. Very friendly staff. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected. It was quiet and only a 1 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!"

"I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything."

"The location of the unit is in a nice quiet area, quick access to the beach. Overall the place is nicely set up with everything you need for your stay, linens, beach chairs, games, kitchen supplies. Cleanliness could have been a little better but for the price it wasnt a bad stay."

"A very nice, clean and relatively modern studio that was as advertised. Location is not too bad, fairly close to the beach, but away from most craziness. The beach that is within walking distance was very crowded, but thats to be expected on Memorial Day weekend. Overall I would recommend this place and would book it again"

"The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay."

"Very peaceful stay with little disturbances. Terrific view, clean unit with very nice kitchen, that had the cutest stove with an oven. The marble countertops were beautiful. Internet reception was not good. Stayed early October for four days. The only complaint about the unit was that the Murphy bed inside doors needed to be painted. I felt like I was sleeping in a box. "There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks."

"This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

"First, I was contacted by the manager asking for the payment to be made cash or money order or I would have to pay a $40 for paying with a credit card. Second, the distribution of the property is incorrect, it says it sleeps 17, it might sleep 10comfortably. Third, the bathroom door in the front of the apartment needs a new handle, when u go in u get stuck and u will need someone to open it for u from the outside. Forth, the apartment was not clean, I belive they do not change the bedding...

"This apartment is in a great location, but the pictures make it look like it's in MUCH better shape than it is. Broken floor tiles, low ceilings (6'6"), window A/C units that are MUCH too noisy to use while sleeping. Tiny bathroom. The only reason to stay here is the convenient location and the low(ish) price for a 2BR. My 7yo walked in and noted within two minutes: "This is the worst place I've ever been.""

"We had a fantastic time. Darlene was an awesome host. Loved spending time on the deck. Enjoyed live music on Saturday and a DJ Sunday. Check out Saltwater 75. Great place good food on the water."

"This place was perfect for us. We were coming for a quick getaway and this place was extremely clean, no weird smells, and looks like the pictures. Two things I want to mention that could help with booking is the campground does rent out bikes and I think kayaks which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also we couldn’t find towels which was a first for me in a bnb. Not a big deal for us because we wanted new ones for home anyway. Thanks for a great weekend and we will definitely be...
