"From beginning to end the hospitality was great. We were able to get a room facing the river on a higher floor and it was the perfect view to wake up to. The hotel is conveniently located near many local attractions such as the French Quarter, Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street. I had a medical emergency during my stay and the hotel staff was quick to respond. Very professional, great customer service and went above and beyond to assure my safety. They followed up with a phone call every day to assure I was ok. The breakfast buffet with the unlimited mimosa was a hit. The bar on the 11th floor overlooking the river is also a nice place to hangout and have dinner while listening to music. Special shoutout to Amanda Winchester for her hospitality. Overall great experience- I recommend this hotel. "
