"I was expecting to stay on a higher floor but ends up having room at 6th floor at Kona Tower and facing with parking view of the mall 😆. I will stay there again but will make sure next time I will stay at the tall building. From front desk to room cleaner, to any worker i'd seen around are all friendly and approachable. Very good service!"

"This was our first time in Honolulu. I did quite a bit research before booking. We wanted to be on the beach, we wanted a decent and clean room, we didn’t want to be around children and be close to things. Sheraton Waikiki exceeded all of our expectations. I would stay here again and again. The infinity pool is for adults only so you can get away from the children. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean. The ocean front rooms have unbelievable views. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Close to anything you need. They truly beat vacation ever. "

"Yes it is older. Yes it could be cleaner. No it is not a resort setting. But if you know that going in, you will not be disappointed. The oceanfront view is amazing, especially if you like to people watch. The staff is very helpful. Lots to do around the hotel."
