"All good"

"So helpful and generous, cleaned out room everyday and even gave us free washing. Nice pool area. Super friendly staff"

"The room and amenities were very clean. The bed very comfortable. Kathryn and Brit on reception were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Overall, we were very happy with our 2 night stay."

"I don't say this place is cheap, but considering the location to restaurant, cafe etc. It was reasonable price for me to book 1 night for my parents from overseas."

"Easy location and convenient parking for the room. Comfy beds"

"Good place. Clean rooms. Spacious room."

"We had several family and friends stay here for our wedding which was close by . Everyone loved the accommodation and staff."

"new bathroom fitout. We stayed in KB + SB, very spacious. Lack bedside table and separate bedheadb lights."

"The Lancaster may have a few years on her, but the owners have kept it very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk for food, groceries and the bottle shop. Considering it's on the main road, it's relatively quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's great value for the price. I'd stay again if the need arises."

"Clean and modern room and facilities. The bed was very comfortable, location is great, really close to the shopping centre and the train line and easy self parking. The staff are amazing, they are the reason I’m giving 5 stars. I got a message a few days prior to my booking that the air conditioning in my room was not working, the hotel was booked out so I was offered compensation and a pedestal fan. I didn’t have another option so I kept my booking. It was so hot that day and I really missed...

"Great location"

"Secure property - reception isn't always manned. It's a 3* hotel so you get what you pay for - however was not expecting stained sheets & no toilet roll holder. Other than that, no major issues with the place."

"Booked a five-night stay for business meetings in the local area. My room was very clean and hit all the spots for me. Nice big desk area for working. Wifi was fair, not really fast but allowed me to get my work done with very minor slowdowns. Enough plugins for charging devices. The bathroom was basic but had space and was very clean. Check-in desk is located in the pub. Not really well marked on the outside so I ended up going in the restaurant door and had to get directions. No problem, as...

"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"excellent access to the city by bus without the city hassle and or walkable"

"C'était parfait, les employées étaient gentilles. Hotel propre, près de tout."
