"Had a stellar time. Two things: 1. No hair dryer in the room. 2. Downtoan LA is kind of a dump. This place was very nice though. Staff very friendly and helpful. But outside the doors of the hotel, not so nice."

"I got a hotel suite for my daughter at Level and she was very pleased. She said the rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were helpful and nice. My daughter and her friends loved the pool area as well. Thank you at Level Los Angeles for making my daughter’s birthday stay lovely. Will definitely book again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Figueroa in downtown Los Angeles. The hotel has such a unique atmosphere, and we loved that they preserved the beautiful decor and vibe reminiscent of the 1920s. The lobby and dining area were gorgeous, and the pool area looked absolutely beautiful as well. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the pool during our stay because of time constraints. There were a few things that could have been better. We booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds felt more like double/full-size beds rather than queens. The mattresses were also very soft, so they may not be ideal for guests who prefer a firmer mattress. Another issue was the bathroom door. It was a frosted glass door located between the two beds, so if someone used the bathroom during the night and turned on the light, the light illuminated almost the entire room. Despite those issues, we really appreciated the character, history, and overall ambiance of the hotel. Hotel Figueroa is a beautiful property with a distinctive old-Los Angeles charm, and we enjoyed our stay overall"

"We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel offered to store our luggage since we had a later flight which helped us out a lot. The room was very simple but we liked having the kitchen and laundry inside."

"This is the most beautiful place I have ever slept. I'm not used to the VIP princess treatment but I got it here. The room was so nice, I skipped sightseeing to stay in and pamper myself. Why go to a spa for a hot tub when you have your private deep tub to sink into. Why go to a restaurant when you can uber eats everything. If you need a staycation, a get away from the family cation, or a place to find peace this is where you should go. I'm not sure if I got upgraded or something because the room was beautiful! I had a full kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, 2 tvs, luxury tub. So pretty. The best part was the staff. They made me feel like I was a VIP. Every time I pulled up in the uber it was like I had private body guards opening the door for me. Demeuw even greeted me by name every time I passed him while opening the door. I was blown away by this princess treatment. Everyone had advice to offer about where to go and wanted to help. The reception staff felt like family. Another security guard kept me safe when I went to get Tacos. I hope you realize your staff is incredible and made me love this place. They made me feel so safe wrapped in my protected fortress. If your from LA looking for a place to pamper yourself, go here. If your not from LA what you need to know is you can't walk around at night. I wouldn't even rent a car. During the day I was able to catch the bus all over LA, from Hollywood to SOFI. Not at night. You need to uber to the door. Luckly there is Demew"
