"Overall the property was good. However, after going to the room once booked in, we realised there was a problem with the TV reception. We were unable to watch any channels. At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. The maintenance man eventually came over a hour later, with no updates. The issue was eventually resolved some 2 to 3 hours later. We did not get any apologies at all from reception or...

"Just a quick overnight stay. Tiny room, but the bed was comfortable, the tv was big, the water pressure was strong and I had a good view. It’s close to the 86 tram and other transport too. Staff are friendly and helpful. 24hr gym. Small restaurant and an outdoor pool (seasonal). Be aware with this category of room though, that there is no kitchenette area and thus, no cups, plates, bowls, glasses or utensils. I didn’t realise, so I had to knick out and buy some disposable stuff for the snacks...

"Staff were very accommodating and professional. Hotel is close to Albert Park Lake and the Shrine with easy access to Melbourne's CBD. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne."
