"Great property in an amazing place!"

"We were in the area with a thousand or so families for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. We weren’t excited about staying in a big hotel for 9 days. Based on reviews we chose this small (15 unit) motel with a kitchenette just 5 miles south of the tournament. There is a convenience store in front of the motel. It was very peaceful and quiet. I sat on the patio outside my room and enjoyed the view of the fields and mountains while reading a book. Paul and his dad own the motel and are a picture of hard working people investing in their dream and working hard to insure their guests have a good experience. I would describe the rooms as quaint and would highly recommend booking here. You can make your own breakfast in the room or go to Jackie’s less than a mile north as you head to the baseball park. Paul was an excellent host. "

"Ideal location on the lake. Staff was incredibly responsive to an issue with my room one night and friendly with questions. Easy walking distance to Main Street. The restaurant was good with quick service. Room is small but fully met my needs. "

"I've spent the last 10 years coming to Cooperstown and staying a little further down the road, but when my regular hotel kept raising prices, I started looking for other options. This was a great location, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the view of the lake was perfect. I'm already planning to stay here again on my next visit to the area. "
