"It was in a very beautiful spot, exceptionally clean and grateful for the AC in our room. We were in town for a wedding so we had booked 3 rooms. The televisions in the rooms were smart tvs and you had to log into the streaming apps to watch anything but our tv had no remote. It is the bathrooms that were our problem. Our room had the biggest shower but 1 room had a very low shower head that was difficult for our 6 ft tall son to use. All 3 bathroom showers had horrible water pressure and...

"First time bed and breakfast experience. Can I tell you, the host Nash was wonderful. We were there for a week long Cooperstown tournament at dreams park. The house is located about 20 minutes from the park but easy to get to. We ate delicious gourmet breakfast everyday compliments of the host. Delicious coffee too! I highly recommend renting the room with beautiful view, If not , you can hang out on deck. Swim, fish etc. Thank you dealrly! "

"Loved staying at David’s home. The location is perfect and the kindness and friendliness of the host was welcoming. I didn’t realize it was a shared bath but that was not a problem since I was the only one there. Perhaps I missed that in the listing. "Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed. Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. "While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch."

"This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!"
