"Beautiful property! The pool area, gardens and views are amazing. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside we experienced was the pool area is small compared the number of guests the hotel accommodates, so if the pool area was busy there was a line to get a lounger or a seat which was a bit disappointing."

"We just returned home from a weekend in Victoria. We chose to stay at the Robin Hood Inn & Suites because of other people's recommendations. We were not disappointed. The whole property is very old and yet the owner's have worked hard at making it comfortable and pleasant. We stayed in a King suite. The bed was very good and the linens were excellent. The room was clean with an updated bathroom. Make sure that you put the rubber mat down in the shower as the shower is very slippery. I wish...

"We enjoyed our stay at Brentwood in terms of the accommodation. The restaurant was closed and ‘The Pub’ was average at best. Our tiramisu was fridge freezer cold and had hidden parchment paper underneath.. we were not offered a refund and it put a sour taste on our eating experience. The location of the resort is great with plenty of parking and we walked to Butchart gardens."

"The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return"

"Pictures on website did not match reality. Motel room had been updated in the cheapest way possible. Example door knob of closet was stuck on and came off the door when I opened the it. Toilet paper holder was stuck on the side of a cabinet. Outside looked run down and most people appeared to be permanent residents."
