About this home:
The new owners welcome you to their perfect beach cottage on Spring Hill Beach. This 4 bedroom 3 bath home has everything you need. Washer/dryer, central air conditioning, first floor bedroom and bath, lots of counter space in well equipped kitchen, cable TV and wireless internet and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Located on a secluded dirt road in East Sandwich, you will love having your own beach. Sunrise to your right over the water in the morning and beautiful sunset to your left at night. Swim in Cape Cod Bay and explore the sandbars at low tide.

A great beach feeling and fabulous deck overlooking the water will make you want to come back year after year.

Notes: The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are set up as separate apartment on the lower level. This apt. is accessed via its own separate outside entrance.

Sandwich is a place that people travel to from all parts of the US and beyond. With its charm, beauty, and historic location along the shores of Cape Cod Bay it offers a lot to do with peace and quiet as well. Spend your days relaxing on the beach and your evenings strolling main street in Historic Sandwich Village. Drive only 20 minutes to where you can see a show at the Melody Tent, go to the mall or hop the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Spring Hill Beach is so very nice and private that you may just want to stay and enjoy! Salt Marsh Road is a dead end on both sides with homes only on the water side. Every property has views of the everchanging tidal marsh.

Perfect Vacation!

The Beach House

The cottage was clean and functional.The cellar unit was damp and not very comfortable. The beach was very private but way to rocky for kids to play on! Overall was just an just ok experience.

Quiet, restful location

We stayed at this property with another couple and our senior dogs. The house was well appointed and in a great location on the bay side. We really enjoyed the multi-level deck and fire pit. The bay was super calm and would be great for families with little kids because the water looked shallow and there were no waves. The beach was rocky rather than totally sandy and anyone looking for shells will have to go to the ocean side of the Cape. Neighbors were close but quiet and respectful of one another. House had many amenities and was close enough to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores on the north shore. Private road in and out was pretty bumpy but if you took your time, it wasn't an issue and it certainly cut down on traffic. It's a very quiet and peaceful location for a restful vacation.

Great Location

We had a lovely time, coffee on the deck in the morning, cocktails at night. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, home was equipped with everything we needed, except for Iron but who needs that on vacation anyway. Beds were very comfortable as well. Loved this part of the island less traffic.

Perfect Beach Escape

Wonderful location and beautiful outdoor living. The house had all the amenities you need for a beach escape and conveniently located to the highway, restaurants, and activities.

Great week

We enjoyed staying here. The location on the secluded private beach is perfect and the house has great outdoor space for the family to gather. The inside is a little small for rainy days with kids and the “lower level” rooms are really a damp moldy basement inaccessible from the main house upstairs (you have to go outside to get to the basement). We ended up not using the basement rooms at all because it was so uncomfortable down there and we didn’t want our infant sleeping so far away from us. Luckily we all fit upstairs and we had a great time, but the basement shouldn’t be advertised as a functional sleeping area.

Great house, fantastic location and views!

The house is deceivingly large with a full separate/private unit on the ground floor. Plenty of room for 8. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable with all amenities. Very large outdoor space with huge dining table and gas fire pit on the deck- great place to enjoy the sunsets. The beach is only steps away. Private and quiet sand road. Only problem is access- if you have trouble getting around, it may be difficult to get from the parking area to the main floor. We did not have issues, but were planning to bring my parents. My father would not have made it up/down the steps.

Perfect spot

We had a great vacation. The house was clean and just as advertised. Beach was perfect, neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, house was well stocked and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the beach in the sun during the day and with fires at night watching AMAZING sunsets. We will definitely book again.
