"Check in was quick the only positive thing was the free parking an 5 min away from American dream mall. The room was dirty I found hair all over the bathroom it look like it need a good scrub even the door was dirty. Only time you could take hot showers was in the morning. We came back from swimming and try to shower at 8pm the water was ice cold. Our fire alarm cover was hanging on by wires told the front desk told us they were going to fix it they never did. "Room 239 did not have cable. Just kept scanning for channels. Didn’t have hot water in bathroom sink. Front desk was very helpful."

"Public was in probably one of the best neighborhoods in all of New York, it was so accessible to get everywhere by foot, subway and uber. The two airports are only 30 minutes away and the hotel offers a cool nightlife as well I didn't need to venture too far from. The only issue I have is that I booked a room on a higher floor expecting a view per Expedia description paying the extra $$ and all i saw was the building behind us and that's it. "Rooms much smaller than expected. Had to ask for someone to clean the room after days 3 and being gone most of the days for hours. After cleaned still didn’t restock toilet paper or coffee"
