"The property is just about 3 stars. Positives: space available in the townhouse is great and location is convenient to walk to the Subway and there is a market/ deli right across the street. Downsides: also location, 3rd Ave is REALLY noisy with a pub below on the ground floor, making the 2 front bedrooms really noisy. There were a few safety issues in that there was a broken tile on the steps right in the middle where you go down to the kitchen, which was both a slipping and tripping hazard....

"Fantastic view overlooking the Hudson River, Empire State Building, time square, and more. The flat is super nice and clean, spacious, and quiet. We absolutely loved the location as it’s only about 5-10 mins walk from the Penn station, and also 5 mins away from our favorite brunch restaurant. Highly recommend this stay!"

"Booked this place for my family for 10 nights for a few family events. The place and location was great. We definitely book again if needed. "

"Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back."
