Stay at the little cabin on the Rock river. Great Views with Peace and Quiet. Excellent weekend getaway option for anyone looking for a quiet restful retreat. A must for anyone who loves fishing. Highly Recommended.

We loved it, the cabin is cute and cozy, the view of the river is so nice. We found a forest preserve close by and hiked, and just relaxed. It was much needed and we will be back!

Beautiful view of the river from the deck. We built a fire and spent many relaxing hours there. Fully equipped kitchen- anything you might need is there. Great to use the washer/dryer and pack to go home with clean clothes. Less than 15 minutes to all Quad cities. Hostess makes every effort to insure an enjoyable vacation. A place we hope to rent again.

This is a perfect place for a relaxing weekend. The cabin is fully furnished as mentioned in the listing. The host goes to great lenghts to ensure that everything is spotlessly clean and welcoming when you arrive (the snacks and wine were an awesome touch). Aside from being a cozy place to relax, there are plenty of local food and entertainment options. Additionally, there is an abundance of wildlife in the area. We spent evenings taking this in and were delighted to see beavers, raccoons, deer, black squirrels, chipmunks and nearly every bird Illinois has to offer. This cabin was absolutely perfect and it is situated in a nice quiet area. You will not be disappointed.

The cabin and view were awesome. We were disappointed that the outdoor area was not as clean as we expected. We understand that there will be cobwebs and leaves on the deck but it looked like no one attempted to clean this area.

We had a fantastic stay at this little cabin on the Rock River. The cabin was clean and quiet. It was a perfect place for a getaway. Our host definitely has a gift for hospitality with all of her thoughtful touches. She went above and beyond to make this cute cabin comfortable and welcoming. We loved having coffee on the deck overlooking the river and would stay again in a heartbeat.
