"Clean room with helpful staff. My only issue in the room was shampoo and bath gel dispensers are fixed on the bathroom wall too high, it was impossible for me to use due to limited range of motion after the shoulder surgery. Rest of the stay was great, pet friendly, good breakfast and friendly staff."

"This hotel really went out of their way to be accommodating to me. My husband & I had to leave unexpectedly in the middle of our stay and accidentally left something behind in our room. We didn't realize it until we were several hours away. Ash & Tonya were wonderful at working with us to get it shipped back to us! I can say this will be a definite repeat hotel for us! Thank you soo much Ash & Tonya and the rest of the HIE staff!!!"

"The cabin was perfect. We wanted a quiet couples retreat and this was exactly that. The pictures don't do it justice. It's bigger than we expected. Very well stocked, some food in the cabinets and freezer, basket of snacks, and a bottle of wine. Such a treat! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!"

"The shower is as stated on another review. it is warm but I was there on one of the hottest weeks so it was perfect. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers, bring some disposable tupperware or ziploc bags, bottled water and ice.We also hung fly strips outside so that they didn't enter the home. We enjoyed it."
