"The Hu Hotel was very nice. We only stayed one night but the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a little chaotic and you have to pay for it.They have an incidentals fee that covers the parking but would have been nice to know ahead of time. We slept in so did not pertake in the buffet breakfast. The rooftop bar is very nice and had great scenery. Hotle is within walking distance of good food and entertainment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again if we pass through Memphis!"

"It was absolutely amazing. The staff was way more than you could ask for . Raven Tierra the bartender , the two front desk check in ladies oh my god!!! Kiss for names atm . Everyone was so so friendly and so polite. Was happy to see major amounts of families with kids and teens . The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The bloody Mary’s and top shelf margaritas were flawless! We can absolutely say that the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had and had all you could need for a hearty breakfast! The staff for breakfast was the most friendly and welcoming. Can tell they love their jobs and have been with company many many years. Southern hospitality is where it’s at! I can’t wait to come back and stay! The hot water and water pressure is more than needed for sure ! Best hit shower ever!! The warm cookies yum "
