"We recently moved our son from TX to the RI for college and opted to stay here and were so glad we did. The home is clean and quaint and gave us a place to have some down time and enjoy the area and all that is has to offer. The decor is lovely and the entire community is clean and safe. The host was very accessible both via the app and cell phone. They left us a sweet welcome gift of taffy and wine along with very clear instructions on how and where to get to the beach, what is expected while staying there and more - this was very helpful as we had so much going on already. I would recommend this spot always."

"Cute older cottage with on beach access. Stovetop and micro For indoor cooking. Gas and charcoal grills outside which needed cleaning. Interior Needs a deep cleaning to include front door, window sills kitchen backsplash cushion covers and upholstery. Screens need repair.No cleaning supplies were provided but we found a Dollar Store! Location is good, owner was on sight and was responsive to our concerns. Love the outdoor shower but the latch doesn’t work."
Luxury Beach House - Your Perfect Getaway Paradise

"This was a perfect location; right on Potter's pond in E Matunuck, with a beautiful view of the area to see sunsets and sunrises. We woke up each morning to see egrets and herons in the wetlands right outside our house. The house had a nice deck with good seating for everyone; and the kitchen was fully stocked with a good working grill. The owners were incredibly responsive to our every need and the house was very clean. They even got us kayaks - which we loved having. There is a launch right next to the house and we kayaked every day. The place also is within walking distance to the beach and they provided us with a wagon to drag our stuff. People should know the place does have a spiral staircase (which could be an issue for small children) but it also has outside stairs to the main part of the house."
