"We had to stay in the area due to my husband needing a medical procedure that spanned a few days but did not require hospitalization. We saw a few unfavorable reviews of this property and the staff but we liked the location and decided to chance it. The lady at the front desk was couldn’t have been nicer. She let us check in a little early after I explained my husband’s situation and him needing to rest. Everyone from the Valet, the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance greeted us with a smile and hello. The Valet explained to me where I could park so we didn’t have to pay for parking. Plus we would have been going in and out a lot due to my husband’s appointments. The restaurant staff were equally as nice and accommodating. The room was clean, had some normal wear and tear but the front desk explained they’ve been there 10 years and are going to be getting a full renovation starting this December. All in all a great stay during a fairly stressful time for our family. "
