"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"We absolutely loved staying here and cant wait to book it again. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We were close to everything we needed within walking distance! The pool was nice and warm also. Highly recommend staying here."

"I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! "Terrible. 91 degrees inside the house. Poor management. No response from the host. I would highly recommend Nothing about this house but to save yourself from Hell and Robbery. Our Family of 16 regret staying here and are in the process of seeking refund right now! They even had the nerve to ask me could I fix it???????????"

"Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. "
