"The people worked there were polite. Pool was clean and nice. The room needed some help. I had reserved for 2 days but but woke to find a bed bug on my pillow and a quarter size spider on floor. Didn't feel comfortable staying over another night so came home early."

"My husband and I live in Knoxville and we go to this hotel at least every year for my birthday. Their pool is open 24 hours and the big tub in the room is wonderful. Nice clean and friendly place. Breakfast was wonderful too. ❤️"

"Good: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Water was hot bathroom was clean. Bad: At night hallways smelled like marijuana, felt unsafe due to males hanging out 2nd floor at 2am making noise. If you are a light sleeper the interstate noise is unbearable. The walls are paper thin you hear doors slamming and others conversations all night. Do not get room 210 you will hear every step of people going up and down the metal stairs."
