"Great apartment — clean, roomy and well-appointed. King sized bed was comfortable. Perfect location — within walking distance to Market Square, several excellent restaurants, bars and multiple breweries. Host was very responsive, and provided great restaurant recommendations. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend, and would love to stay here again during our next trip to Knoxville!"

"Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....

"The neighborhood around the property was not the most desirable, however, the privacy fence surrounding the entire property made it a lot better. When you walk into the house, it was super clean and spacious. It could use some ice trays in the freezer, there was no ice. Also, it listed that there was a hot tub and there is no hot tub! Other than that, it was very nice and close to downtown where we needed to go for a dance competition."

"My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend."

"This is a great small apartment near UT with access to the Greenway for walking and biking. The building itself is older but the condo has been redone and was clean and bright. Bev was quick to respond to a few things we needed. We enjoyed our stay."

"My stay was very pleasant as I felt right at home. Though I brought my own consumer goods, the place was well stocked in everything (tissue, soap, laundry detergent, etc) you could need. Clean and spacious. Quiet, friendly (cordial) neighborhood."

"We stayed here for my daughter's graduation, so we appreciated how close the house was to UTK and downtown, but the neighborhood was a bit rougher than expected. The inside was very cute and clean, the living room furniture was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of towels. However a few minor things: I did notice many of the outlets would not work including the one in the primary bathroom, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival, and the smoke detector...
