4/10 Poor

"The cleaning in the room was very poor. Splatter marks near the trash can, wall etc. I paid extra for a water view room and there was bird poop all over the window. Definitely not worth the price of the room for how the room was kept. There was also a very large gap between to entrance door and the floor making it easy to hear neighbors and very loud."

"Everything was clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion as a mom traveling alone with a 7, 6 and 4 year old is having bathroom areas directly at pool/water park areas and maybe some wash off stations. Every time one of the kids had to use the bathroom, we all have to get out, get our stuff, go inside to find the closest bathroom. Minor inconvenience but just a suggestion!"

"We really enjoyed the fire pit and views in the evening. Location was great. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was convenient for mornings we were on a schedule. Bathroom was small, but we would definitely stay there again."

"This is really a motel that's been renovated. I stayed one night. Check-in wasn't quick as they wanted to collect my email and phone number, though all that info should have been available via my booking. The room is nice enough - a little dark because the only lighting is via the slider door, which I kept closed with the curtains drawn since we were on the first floor. I noticed the sheets were very wrinkled and I hoped it was because they were left in the dryer too long. A couple of the towels had stains on them, though they appeared clean. These are things I would want to know before booking."
