"Some 23 of us, arriving at staggered times, had a wonderful experience. We visited places all over the Cape, sat and played on our private beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of water craft. There was truly something for everyone. There were two cousins, ages 8 mo and 5 mo that entertained us as well as two cousin dogs who romped and played endlessly. It was FABULOUS!"

"The house is large but very cozy Cape Cod vibes with multiple living rooms to spend time in. The inside of the house is beautiful and we had a great time relaxing on the couch and eating in the large kitchen. Beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were super clean. "

"House was old with paint chipping inside and bathroom floors not very clean. Only 4 large towels with no kitchen towel (only a kitchen wash cloth). Aluminum pans burned food. Overall, it was nice just to have a house to stay in instead of a resort."
