There was a stain down the side of the bed, indicating the mattress cover was not changed, and the skirt wasn’t changed, which should be checked before new guest checks in. I asked for it to be fixed. We came back later that day it was not fixed and the ceiling was leaking this morning before we checked out. The entire floor was wet, luckily we didn’t slip and fall. "
