"Excellent hotel! The airport pick up/drop off was very, very, very helpful and easy to use! It comes and goes every 30 minutes. The hotel was really clean and nice. They had a restaurant downstairs that was really good. The check-in process was a mess. They couldn't find my reservation, even when I showed them my confirmation number and booking online. It took them several minutes to find. There was never any ice in the ice machine. Bed was clean though, sheets were clean, towels were clean, the bathroom was in excellent condition, the heater/air conditioner worked, everything was great about our room."

"Plan ahead and go early for things you want to do, meaning go early for breakfast. It's beyond busy and will take a while to get what you want with food running out so quickly. The elevators are packed with people especially around breakfast time. Go to the fitness room early. It starts to get too busy around 6:45am and there's very limited equipment to begin with. The house keeping staff does really well considering how clobbered this place is with people."

"I loved my stay staff was very pleasant and helpful. Loved the black car service. The only thing is in room 1508 there was a disturbing noice coming from the fridge or the TV when it was off. It was like knocking noises kept waking me up at night. Found the room needs to be dusted. The phone was very dusty when I got into bed nightly. But overall great stay, great location will be back."
