Monte Carlo Inn & Suites Downtown Markham

10/10 Excellent

"We were upgraded to a corner king room at no extra charge. The jacuzzi tub was not working but we didn’t want it anyway. Everything was really clean and smelled great. Breakfast was a lot of variety of breads and pastries, cereal including hot oatmeal, fruit, yogurts, juices, teas (Higgins & Burke, my fav) and coffee. Salt water pool was heated and so relaxing! Parking was a breeze, easy in and out. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Next time we venture down to the Toronto zoo we will definitely stay here again."

"The room size was decent as we were able to move around and had a bit of space for visitors who were also staying in the hotel. However, they offer kitchen space with empty cupboards. Not helpful at all. We went down to the front desk twice to ask for an extra blankets. The front desk man in the evening wsa not helpful either time."
