"Being an older building it has it's quirks which add to the charm. The hotel is across from the beach and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Recommend the breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful."

However, after a visit to reception and a polite request for change of room, we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, which was much more comfortable. "Great for a one night stay, close to Purple Parking for the airport. The double bed was not very big but was comfortable. The room looked neat and tidy but the cleaning left a bit to be desired especially the mirrors, which must have been wiped with a very dirty cloth. The bathroom was good with a nice shower cubicle. The room had tea/coffee, iron and ironing board and a safe. The great location of the hotel means that we would visit again in the future."
