"Clean and efficient. Don't know building codes in Flagstaff Arizona but the shower and bath area had no grab bars. Which I think is dangerous particularly for us old folks."

"Room was clean and organized. Not quite sure about the virtual check-in assistant but it was efficient and it worked out well. We had used the website to pre check in so everything went well. We stayed two nights as we had to drive to Las Vegas the next day and then back before going home. The only thing I forgot to do was to ask for new towels and to make the beds for our second day."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast had a lot of great choices. The staff was great and very accomodating to our dog and us. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. My only issue was that I asked for rooms as far away from the train tracks as possible. Our daughter and son-in-law had room 101, which couldn't have been any closer to the train track than it was. However, they loved their spacious room and were not bothered by the train noise. We were in 123 and I had a little trouble sleeping the first night, but on the second night I didn't. The back building might have been better as far as train noise, but perhaps it was not available at the time. We would gladly stay again and would recommend it to anyone."
