"Check in was easy however was surprised by the £8.50 per night parking and wasn't asked if I wanted breakfast in the morning, luckily I had made alternative plans My room was advertised as a cosy double but there was nothing cosy about the size of my room as it was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The outside of the windows were very dirty so I reported this on checkout. Staff friendly however one of the girls had a yellow tongue piercing which I thought was not appropriate that that type...

"Hotel was in a great spot,it said parking when we booked it unfortunately the carpark was full when e arrived 🤔The room was good but be prepared for noise early because the doors on the rooms are not soundproof at all so you hear everything. Hidden Gem in the Heart of East Budleigh
"Jasmine Cottage is a lovely cottage in the heart of the village of East Budleigh. Situated off the main street it is quiet and secluded. The cottage itself is clean and modern with all that is required for a quiet gettaway. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The village has a lovely community atmosphere, the meals at the community run pub the Sir Walter Raleigh are highly recommended. This is a great location for exploring the area around coast or just a quiet retreat. Would certainly stay again if the opportunity came around."
