"The property is in an excellent location close to the beach and with magnificent views across the bay to the mountains in Freycinet NP. There is a nice deck with a pan outside dining set and barbecue from which to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped. The one downside to the property is that there are no clothes closets."

The bed is possibly the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in, the doona is second rate and has discoloured, and the blankets need updating. The living room couches are past their use by date (my back was hurting after the first of four nights). "Beautiful settings, direct and quick access to the beach! The owners are very welcolming and a freshly collected raspberry bowl was waiting for us. However, you'll need to go to the local laundry if you need to wash your clothes and it's quite expensive."
