"Had to go ask to get towels, twice. Then when I got them it was only towels no rags. Then I had to go ask for a trash bag so I could take my trash out, this was day 2 of 3. Also they had storms come through and it was over 100° with the heat index, and the power went out. You would think it being a major hotel chain they would have a backup generator. We were on the top floor and the window barely opened. 5 of us including 3 kids. And when the power went out, the staff was nowhere to be found....

"It was okay, the hallway carpet was horrible and dirty and the room had an odor, but I had Lysol and 91 percent alcohol. The bathroom around the baseboard was not too clean, but my grandson enjoyed the pool and staff was great. Need upgrade on room furniture."
