"No fuss check-in room clean and well laid out pool was so welcome after long drive and food was DeVine, Will be booking again as such a nice place to stay. Would recommend if you have a family and want a place to stay as it is vast and you won't even know anyone else is staying there, so kids can play without worrying about neighbours. there were 4 of us 2 adults a 17 year old and a 13year old boy with autism, was nice not to have to keep saying sorry about the boy he is Autistic, (he had a great time) he said it was a great Vacation. "We were travelling from Norwich to Chippenham for a funeral. We stayed overnight at this hotel and we recommend it it totally - great staff, great room, a bar to have a drink before we turned in. Next morning, a well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice - the whole stay met our needs perfectly"

"Staff were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble....asked to put some items in a fridge overnight no problem. V accomodating. Lovemy breakfast though i woukd say cleanliness and decor at pub needs improving.....compared to the hotel which was new fresh and felt new compated to old tired decor in pub. Toilets in pub had a sticky floor...never a good sign. "
