"Easy check-in and friendly staff. Room was large and quiet. However we stayed at this hotel for three nights and housekeeping did not make up our room any of the days (we were advised at check-in that they would do it every other day). Had to go to the front desk to get coffee, towels, etc. during our stay."

"Great place. Have stayed here six or more times in the last five years. Always a pleasant experience. Reasonably good breakfast. Coffee always available. Excellent staff interaction they’re all very helpful and personable. Walking distance to an excellent restaurant Basso just across the parking lot with good happy hour vibes and really good food. We’ll never stay anywhere else when we come to St. Louis"

"My friend and I had a great single night experience. We were in St Louis for a concert and this hotel met our needs perfectly. The staff was slammed when we got there just before 4pm check in. They got everything taken care of even though our room wasn't quite ready. There was so much going on but the staff was wonderful and kept us updated. We were able to get sheets and a blanket for the pullout in a nice all-in-one kit. There are several road closures and after reading reviews about the valet parking being impacted, we chose to park in a near by lot. Breakfast the next morning was great and the coffee was strong. We would absolutely stay here again!"
