"Easy check in lovely freshly renovated rooms beds are comfy and the pillows were lovely good shower pressure and nice toiletries. Food was good too and the landlord ale was spot on I stayed 1 night and rebooked for a night on the way back home perfect for single travelers or couples "

"Parking enough for 12 spaces only. Parking a premium in the area. Breakfast was of decent standard. The room was quite large and the double bed was comfortable. Ran out of coke and lemonade at the bar. "

"Spotless linen and towels. Breakfast lovely. Staff delightful and so so helpful but suddenly jobless. I was advised it was shutting within 3 days so had to walk to sister hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast. Shared toilet and shower with 2 other rooms. Room very cold at night so cleaner gave me an electric radiator from another room. This property needs a lot of fuel Injection to bring it up to standard. Staff worked hard and were brilliant but the hotel was damp, scruffy and certainly seen better days. Sharing bathroom and toilet with up to 5-6 other people unacceptable. I used facilities with people I went to visit. The owner needs lessons in keeping staff morale up !"
